We put down Sydney blue gum floor boards during our recent renovation. We had Neil come in and do all the sanding of the newly laid boards – the rough sanding, the fine sanding, the very fine sanding and finally the coating.We were very impressed with this meticulous approach and his attention to detail.We also appreciated his advice as to the different types of coatings and the colour finish that we would get from different types of coating.He was very flexible when it came to working around other tradies on site but was always on time and stayed until a job thing it was finished.Neil is very “old school” and does the job properly and takes the right amount of time to do things. Importantly, he was extremely clean and his equipment insured that there was virtually no dust at all during the sanding process.We have recommended him to friends and They’ve been very happy with his work. He comes highly recommended by us.
